Mrs. Sifford has been a wonderful technician! she is very patient and will answer all questions put to her. Seems like she will go the extra mile to satisfy us. When she sees something that could be a problem, she recommends a solution for your pest control. Mrs. Sifford is very friendly, remembers your name and always asks how you are doing.

Customer since 1998. Excellent and friendly staff. Never a problem scheduling service. Heath Taylor came out yesterday for inspection and to spray for ants. Heath took the time to explain the treatment he was using and did a thorough in home spray along with the yearly termite inspection. He is a very nice and considerate young man. He practiced all safety concerns while he was here.

Kim Sifford was our technician to provide pest control at our home. We have used Peeler in the past, and have always been pleased with the service personnel and the results, and Kim did not disappoint. She arrived early, gave us a complete description of what she was going to be doing, and she fully described what chemicals she was going to use, and their environmental impact. Kim went above and beyond all of our expectations, asking pertinent questions as to our particular concerns, and tracked down and treated the points of our ant infestation. She was so effective that we actually had almost immediate results, and by the next day the ants were virtually eliminated from the inside of the house! Of course, she left bait traps and glue boards to take care of any future attempts by colonies to establish in our home. Kim answered any concerns we had about our pets and their possible exposure to the chemicals she was using, and, as usual, there were no chemical odors or stains from the pest control methods used by Peeler. I know we will be asking for Kim Sifford to be our technician of choice the next time we are due for service!
