I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this business . I was looking for a place that would service my Audibel / Starkey hearing aids that I have had for quite a while. When I entered, the people there greeted me . When I asked about my audibel hearing aids they said, " oh yes we can service those". When I asked what the fees were for cleaning, I was told there is no charge. That was quite surprising to me because that is not what I have experienced at other hearing aid businesses. Has it turned out I knew this business from their location in Corvallis. Ethan is the primary hearing specialist. His father Randy had been in the hearing business for a long time, and Ethan took over from him. He did the cleaning quickly and efficiently. They sounded much better when he was done. Some of the other reviews have not been that good, but I would suggest that you give this business an opportunity to help you.
