During the recent cold snap my wipers decided to throw in the towel. It was cold and about 6° the sign said Free Wiper Blade installation.....in other words... the universe was saying....replace those wipers now. The young man stood out there putting on the wipers with some difficulty as I tried giving him more light with my phone. At one point I was practically begging him let's go in and warm up. Nope, he said I almost have it. And one snap later he had it. Amazing determination! Keep hiring this type of mindset O'Reily's. We need the inspiration!
