Sad Times

No 0 stars available…. Not even a “ thank you” for your business after years of 0 claim business with OM. Nothing verbal, no email, not even a “thank you for your payment” on a monthly statement. Seems like the only attempt at gratitude was the non renewal notice, which is as meaningful as “F you, pay your bill” As far as better service goes, try a touch of gratitude while you destroy hopes of insurability. We had nothing to do with all the wildfires/claims issues leading to all the insurance problems but our guilt by association is totally unfounded and the fact that OM can’t even issue a thank you with non renewal communication causes a truly bad experience in our dealings. On a positive note…OM is truly welcome for accepting our monthly contribution to hopefully better the insured’s that still exist and might submit future claims for matters that they could not control either.
