They don't respond to multiple phone messages. Very frustrating and annoying. Their lack of customer support leads to increased costs with mortgage companies.

Paid property taxes...yeahhhhh, done.
Very poor communication and no sense of urgency. I would recommend going elsewhere for your insurance coverage.
Cancelled me for submitting an $800.00 claim for a broken window. Had been a 12 year client.
I called in today and left a very angry complaint. My car was totaled in the mechanic shop. Oregon mutual is not my insurance. It was my mechanics. Myself and my husband were told two different things that we should receive reimbursement check to pay out the totaled car within 24 to 48 hours and it would be FedExed. After 48 hours, I

Oregon Mutual will forever stick in my mind. We lost everything in a wildfire incident that swept through town. A day after the fire the adjuster came to meet with us swearing that he worked for us as much as the insurance company. This could not have been further from the truth. After three years of going back and forth with this co
No 0 stars available…. Not even a “ thank you” for your business after years of 0 claim business with OM. Nothing verbal, no email, not even a “thank you for your payment” on a monthly statement. Seems like the only attempt at gratitude was the non renewal notice, which is as meaningful as “F you, pay your bill” As far as better service goes, try a touch of gratitude while you destroy hopes of insurability. We had nothing to do with all the wildfires/claims issues leading to all the insurance problems but our guilt by association is totally unfounded and the fact that OM can’t even issue a thank you with non renewal communication causes a truly bad experience in our dealings. On a positive note…OM is truly welcome for accepting our monthly contribution to hopefully better the insured’s that still exist and might submit future claims for matters that they could not control either.
Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs. Gracie Maverick has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $6,750 out of $500 was a whole lot of profit for me. Thank me later
I had an older truck stolen. Oregon mutual stepped up to the plate and paid me $500.00 more than I thought it worth. The check came almost immediately. Buying Oregon mutual insurance is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Great job by all concerned.
Do not call the 1800 number I am having to do the receptionist job for her right now this is the saddest insurance I've ever seen. Someone else hit me and I have to look up their policy number what is that about? They watched the tape at the store where the accident took place and I have to do their job still? This place is the worst
Is this really even an Insurance Company? I can't get a rental car or my car fixed for nothing in fact you won't even answer the phone! You keep hitting me with a Witch switch
I am very satisfied with this company they are a blessing to my company Thank you for helping me grow and meet my goals. I recommend it
As a property manager with 16+ years experience in the industry I have worked/dealt with countless insurance companies and adjusters I can honestly and professionally say that Chris Gale with Oregon Mutual Insurance is at the top of my list. Chris Gale changed my opinion of property adjusters. He was friendly and responsive. He follo
I´ve been a homeowner client for 6 years and never filed a claim until now. The claim is for a very valuable piece of furniture. I have been leaving multiple messages to the account manager but have not received any response. It´s stressful to be in this situation and I am totally unimpressed with their customer service.
If I could give lower rate I would. Claims manager John Frazier in my opinion is the least most heavy handed Claims person I have dealt with. Demeaning, full of self and certainly non customer related person I have EVER dealt with. He needs a job counting pebbles . DO NOT DO BUSINESS W OREGON MUTUAL. Difficult company especial
Tom Anderson has been very helpful easy to understand on the phone and pleasant very professional
Ridiculous, I got a letter of non renewal from my mortgage company. I shouldn't have to hear from my mortgage company first, they should be directly contacting me before my mortgage company - or least at the same time. It's been almost a month since I received notice from my mortgage company, but still nothing Oregon Mutual. Don't gi
Our experience with Sarah McDonough in making our homeowners claim was horrible. It started with her trying to talk me out of making a claim in the first place, threatening that our rates would go up and that insurance is made for catastrophic events. We decided to go ahead anyway since this seemed catastrophic enough to us, and thought this was exactly what homeowners insurance was for. This was our first time ever making a claim after owning a home for over 30 years. Basically she was rude every time I talked to her and made me feel horrible after I submitted our receipts and paperwork for our flood insurance claim (due to a pipe bursting) She accused us of spending more money than she had basically ever seen before (we had to stay at a hotel while our floors were being refinished) and that we had spent way too much money on food. We could have spent much more but we truly just ate like we usually would, and we’re not extravagant. She kept questioning me over and over and after I would explain wouldn’t accept my answer and would question me again. We also stayed at two different hotels, one that was right next to my husbands work during the week and a different one on the weekend, and she made us feel like that was terrible to do (we weren’t aware that this would be a problem) I got to the end of our final conversation feeling horrible and am considering changing insurance companies because of my interactions with her. She also asked me how many times we usually eat dinner out in a week, and when I told her 2-3 times, she then deducted that amount from my receipts because she said we would have been eating out that many times anyway, so that the insurance wouldn’t pay for those meals. Sounded strange to me but by this time I was so upset I just said to do whatever. She did deduct those meals…still don’t know if that is typical? You’d think homeowners insurance is for those awful times in life when you need them (a part of our house flooding) but after dealing with Sarah I guess not…you pay in for 30 years and then are made to feel guilty for using it. So very disappointed. (By the end of the conversation she did finally realize how bad she had made me feel, and apologized saying she had not been feeling well the last few days. I’m a mom and accepted her apology, but what a disaster!)
I’ve left voicemails with two different adjusters and called customer service multiple times trying to get a status update on my claim after getting rear ended by someone driving a sprinter van for a corporation insured by them. They don’t respond. Not a single call back and it’s been a week since I was rear ended.
