Terrible Service That Puts Your Health at Risk
Called to set up a new patient appt the first week of January. Told they could do a video triage appointment 2/21 and dr appt 4/4. I am type 1 diabetic and need meds to live. Have called several times a week since setting the appts to get in earlier or to get my meds set up. Did not receive the login info for the triage appt because the person that took my info put in the wrong number. Never received a return call from anyone and no email either. After not being able to do the intake, called and was able to get the number in the system corrected and rescheduled the triage. Told them a prior auth was needed for the meds and they said they would do that. Tried to get meds at pharmacy and told the insurance was denying because there was no PA. Called that night and left message that this was needing resolution immediately, no call. Next day left another message. Monday called and told I needed to talk to supervisor who was at lunch, no call back. Call back 3 hours later and told supervisor is at lunch. I have NO insulin and have not been able to eat for 3 days because of it. Called back and told that PA was denied and I need to speak to supervisor and they will give them a message so they can call me back.
At this point, I have lost 10 lbs in the last month and am getting very sick. I have no insulin and will be in the ER in the next 24 hours if these people cannot start doing patient care.
