TlDr: if you need help with foundations, these are the guys to call. You get a real human, and great customer service. So far my experience with Olshan has been overwhelmingly negative. I was trying to contact Olshan on their main website and kept getting a robot telling me to leave a message, but never getting a call back. Which leads me to this review and Olshan-Jaggers. I was googling Olshan so I could drive to their location and speak to a human face to face, but I'm a lazy bum when it comes to driving so I searched Olshan Moore ok because I didn't want to drive into the city... I found this company and hesitated for a second since it wasn't just Olshan but Olshan Jaggers, I thought maybe it was just someone who had the same name, but my laziness persisted and I clicked to go to the website. Upon loading the website I saw the official Olshan logo, and a phone number that did not match what I had been smashing my head into trying to reach someone. With sweaty palms I typed the number into my phone... YES! It didn't come up as a previously dialed number, my hunch was right! My finger hovered above the call button... Would this just be another dead end? Would I be yelling at a robot to redirect my call to a human?? I almost gave up right there. Hey at least I found a location close to me! Suddenly, and with no instructions from my brain, my finger pressed the dial button! I almost chewed my fingers off in anticipation as the call was connecting..... Ring.... Ring... 'Hi thanks for calling Olshan, how can I help you?' choirs of angels began to sing, the skies opened up and I was bathed in a golden glow. That was another humans' voice on the other side of the line! I struggled to find words, no, don't hang up! I'm here! I'm here and I need your help! And thus, my faith was restored in humanity, and in Olshan, at least, Olshan Jaggers.
