I have been to NWFamily Chiropractic to see Doctor Andrew Isaksen, and was very impressed with the professional, courteous, and friendly manner in which he treated me. It was my very first time to see a chiropractor, and Dr. Isaksen took the time to explain his background and expertise in the area of chiropractic services, what he could possibly do for me, and how he would go about providing the necessary adjustments. I was quite amazed at how much better I felt after I left my visit. My pain level was much reduced, and my neck was no longer as stiff or as in pain as it once was. Thank you Dr. Isaksen and staff for providing me with an exceptional quality of care and service in helping reduce my level of pain and discomfort. I appreciate all that you've done for me, and will most definitely return again!

Dr Andrew Isaksen not only knows what he's doing, but he takes the time to help me understand. I appreciate that he doesn't schedule follow up appts unnecessarily and tries to get you to the point where you just need to call in as needed as quickly as possible.

Sep 6, 2019 Gentle, yet effective
I like going to Dr. Andrew because I know that I will leave feeling better. I was always a little scared of chiropractic treatment because I thought it only involved a lot of twisting and popping. But Dr. Andrew is also experienced in the Activator method which is a gentle, yet still very effective method of adjustment. He uses the Activator when he adjusts me and I always get great results.

Andrew is an excellent chiropractor, my husband and myself have gone to him since he opened his practice. We have referred many friends his direction and all give him great reviews. He is great with kids too.

I'm so glad that I stopped being a victim of back/shoulder pain, and became instead of patient of Dr Andrew. One appointment, and my back pain is gone. I also rec'd helpful info on how to keep my back healthy.

My husband and I loved the experience at NW Family Chiro. From the check in to check out, everything went smoothly. We were seen by Natasha for massage therapy and was hands down, the BEST Massage! She was very professional and the massage was amazing! The only downfall of the clinic is the paper thin walls. During the massage, there were kids screaming and running up and down the halls. Other than that, it was a great experience from start to finish.

I've seen a wide range of chiropractors, massage therapists and physicians. None compare to the knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, compassion and care received here. Explanations I can understand, education that makes sense. I have sent many people to Dr. Isaksen and all report similar experiences. I firmly believe, you don't need to look any further. For a healthier you, go visit them.

Both Doctor Issaksen and Ambrose give excellent treatment, and combined with a massage by Sarah, both my wife and I have seen vast improvements in our back pain. Kuddos to Carolyn as well for her great service. We'll give the office 15 stars...5 for each of those we deal with!

Mar 14, 2016 Relief from persistant headache
I had a low grade headache that was with me for several days. Had been in to see Dr. Andrew Isaksen before for back issues and while close by popped in to see if he could help me find some relief. He was out of the office but reception got me right in to see Dr. Ambrose and wouldn't ya know my headache has fled for the hills. I have referred several people to NW Family Chiropractic over the years and have always been able to trust them for a good, professional experience.

The first time I went into Dr. Isaksen I was a little skeptical about what the results would be. I had been receiving treatment from the VA for my injuries sustained overseas during my service in the Army. After a single treatment I left feeling taller and more importantly I was able to straight legged bend over and touch my toes and stand up without my legs giving out. The ability to bend over and pick up my son is life changing. My therapist said that he believes the reason that the majority of my night terrors have stopped is that my mind is no longer in pain while I'm sleeping. To sleep through the night for the first time in 5 years and to wake up and put my socks on with a pain level of 3 instead of 8 is more than I would have ever dreamed possible. Thanks Doc.

Staff is friendly, caring and accommodating. Dr. Isaksen takes the time to explain, show and demonstrate to ensure his patience understand. He deal with overall health in a holistic approach. Not only has he helped me but he has also helped other people I know. I never feel that he is in a rush or hurry. Thank you!

Dr. Ambrose is an excellent physician, didn't know what to expect beings that I've never been to a chiropractor before but even after one visit I noticed my condition greatly improving and felt much more confident about the process to recovery.Everyone there is super kind and is down to earth. Medicine doesn't always come in a bottle.

Dr. Isaksen does an excellent job on sports physicals. He takes the time to do a thorough examination which is always appreciated. Not only does he check all the medical aspects, I feel confident that due to his highly trained chiropractic background his examination of the musculoskeletal system is also done very well. The other thing I like about going to Dr. Isaksen for sports physicals is that he charges a very reasonable rate and I can usually get an appointment right away without having to wait 2-3 weeks for an available appointment with my primary care physician.

I appreciate Dr. Isaksen's approach to overall health. He is a treasure trove of knowledge and I always learn something new when I come in for an adjustment. I love his natural healing approach and focus on wellness. He strives to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I highly recommend him.
