Kim McDade-Torres made the bold decision to branch out on her own after years in the corporate side of the restaurant industry. With the experience, confidence, and drive she hung up the hat in the restaurant management business and took on the customer-driven catering world. Catering Creations opened its doors in 2009 after finding the space for her first catering kitchen. This venture would require not only her tireless attention, but also the help of her most loyal friend, Jacob Moore. Having met in the 1980’s, this duo have worked together seamlessly to create customized menu’s suited for events of all sizes and themes. Catering Creations has always held stead-fast to the principle of “people first, food second.”
Super cute event center. As someone who is not a hot tea drinker I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy much on the menu but ordered the Strawberry Hibiscus tea and it was light and lovely and I enjoyed it very much. Others at the table ordered the peach Mango tea and enjoyed that as well. Would definitely recommend for a small event that you have coming up!
Nosh Catering saved my wedding! Our caterer canceled a month before the wedding and I was struggling to find a caterer who could work our wedding in such a short notice. Theresa was absolutely amazing and put together a menu and prices very quickly. It was exactly what we were wanting. The prices were very reasonable and the food was terrific. Everyone kept talking about how great the food was afterwards. I 100% recommend Nosh for any of your catering needs!
