As a first time home buyer, I can’t explain how fantastic the experience was throughout. Very knowledgeable and knows what to look for, as is expected from an inspector, while still being very easy to talk to. - Easy to schedule, and sent out a text a few hours before the inspection as both a reminder and confirmation. - Very thorough and knowledgeable. - Gave great advice about what needed to be done to maintain the house, especially when it was work that could be done yourself. - Good advice on which kind of contractors we would need, and could provide specific recommendations. - Even in the sweltering heat, made sure to spend a ton of time outside to find anything. - Took plenty of photos of every detailed item with included descriptions and arrows to guide me reading through the report later. - In person, explained the features or attributes of the house we didn’t know about before detailing its condition. This let me understand every part of our house before going into details. - Delivered the report extremely quickly. We finished the inspection around 7pm, and got the email with the report early the next day. - Very kind and enjoyable to speak with.
