Thank You Susan You Are a Life Saver!

So it is 6:47 pm on a Wednesday evening and I called Susan’s Office Number and it says “…if you need me immediately hang up and text me and I will excuse myself from what I am doing and return your call.” AND TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, SHE WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK! I don’t think I have be so happy to hear my phone ring than I am RIGHT NOW! Simply because she did what she said she would do…And she doesn’t even know me! That is how you gain a customer! I am so on board the Susan Merlo Bandwagon!
