Unprofessional, unhelpful, unwilling
Highly unprofessional. Had people enter my apartment multiple times with no prior notice for non emergency reasons, they created their own 'maintenance orders' to claim that it was legitimate even though I am the only tenant and did not make any requests, called and left voicemails plus speaking with whoever sits at the front desk is completely useless. They will never call you back, they claim to send information thru email and post which is always a lie as nothing ever shows up in either places. Currently being forced to pay for an extra 2 weeks of rent due to the fact that the 30 day notice was never mailed, calling them on the first of the month requesting to end the lease in 30 days 'doesn't count' as they never called me back to start that process. Avoid renting thru them if at all possible, they are lazy and unprofessional. They are a joke, they don't care about helping anybody, they are only in it to squeeze any cash they can from anybody.
Levi Wilson sold a residential property for us
Levi was excellent to work with. He knows the market. He was readily available to answer any questions we had on a difficult sale. He got the property sold quickly for a good price. We are very satisfied.

Donna Wilson has managed my rental properties for over 5 years now.. I cannot overstate her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to get the job done.. She is not only one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, she's also one of the hardest working. She has displayed integrity and honesty throughout our working relationship (which I have found extremely hard to find in the past). I have leaned on her for advice and guidance at times and she has never let me down. It is a great feeling to know she is on my side and I can say, without a doubt, I'll be a client for life.
Patient and helpful
My wife and I had decided to downsize our home to have a more flexible income–so, basically opposite of what most people at looking to do when they are looking for a real estate agent. Levi got us top dollar for our existing home, giving us many beneficial ideas for small d.y.i projects to increase the home’s value. He then was very patient and helpful as we looked at many homes in our area and price range until finding a beautiful home we love…this February will be one year. Guidance and professional knowledge.
My wife and I have had the good fortune to be a client of Ned Baker Property Management for nearly 20 yrs. We currently have four rentals which they manage. We have been very satisfied with the management of the property. During those years we have had renters come and go but the longest I recall we have had a vacancy is two weeks, that is after the cleanup, painting etc that is needed to be completed. We have found that due to the careful placement of renters we have had no purposeful damage done to our property. There is normal living wear but no damage. I believe this is because of the careful background checks and the qualified staff, that Donna and Levi Wilson employ. Originally we were notified with each fix up order which came in from renters and we would choose to fix what we were able to, however for the past few years we have had Ned Baker contact vendors and fix up the problems. We have found this to be far more efficient better and quicker for the renters, the work is always done well and the renters are pleased with the quick response. I attribute this to the good staff but particularly to the management of Donna Wilson. I have worked with Donna for about 10 years and found her always accessible, knowledgeable and caring. In a recent property walk through I had decided that I had to replace carpets, sinks and some faucets. Donna went through the same property and showed how things could be cleaned and repaired to a more than adequate level. In the end I realized by doing the repairs and not replacing we saved approximately $2,700. This is the type of guidance and professional knowledge we have seen over our years of being a client of Ned Baker Properties. We would not own rentals without their continued help, and guidance. We give Donna and her staff the highest recommendation and thanks.
Would recommend
We purchased last summer a 4 bedroom house in NE Salem sight unseen. The house had been chosen by Levi Wilson, our broker, according to the parameters we provided him for our investment. The sale was processed very efficiently while we were abroad with some specialized software Levi had guided us through. The house is now rented and managed by his company Ned Baker Realty. We would recommend Levi as a knowledgeable broker of the Salem area. We also recommend the Ned Baker Realty company with whom we have done business for over 15 years.
