When he got here, Darnell and David was very appropriate and got after it checking the tank, taking measurements and taking a list of what was needed. Very nice young men. And I needed an estimate of what it would cost me to get items fixed. I will decide later as to if I will use Mullins, a different company or nobody later on . Thank you

Jesse Jimenez's service was a great experience. He was friendly, courteous and a great communicator. He was on time and explained the process as he went including any additional costs. Therefore, there were no surprises and I wasn't left in the dark. The repair was completed promptly and when the part failed twenty-four hours later. I contacted Mullin Plumbing and Jesse returned within an hour of my call and replaced the defective part quickly with an apology and was back out the door in less than one half hours. I will definitely use them again in the future and as for Jesse. He is a great example of how customer service should be done and Mullin Plumbing should be proud to have him on their team.

The service that I received today was absolutely outstanding. Mr. Richards worked so hard to solve my problem. He went above and beyond what others would do. He was patient with me and very kind. I can't say enough good things about him...I don't have enough room. But I was so very happy with him. He's wonderful!
