I love this place! Every time I come in I’m greeted, it’s clean, and the frame selection is perfectly curated so many good options. I believe that is a reflection from the people up top. The manager always helps me pick out new frames she goes the extra mile assisting me with finding new frames that fit my face. I always refer people to you all because I truly feel like this is the best office in Oklahoma City.
The staff was so nice from the moment I walked into the office to the time I left. Josh took care of pulling about a dozen frames that he thought I would like. He also explained my insurance coverage in detail. Dr. Greenhall was very thorough with the eye exam. He took his time and didn't rush to get me out of there. He explained the options that I had due to the eye problems I was having. I was very impressed with the staff and doctor because they really listened. (That doesn't happen very often anymore!)
