Mid Valley did a great job repairing my Hybrid Vehicle from a towed-state to how it was before the accident. The team at Mid Valley (especially Alfonso and Araceli) were very communicative with me as well as with my insurance company. They walked me through the steps of the repair, attached me to all e-mails they sent, and even gave me updates when work was stalled from part shortages. During my claim time, my insurance transferred me three times to different insurance agents, but Mid-Valley kept me with the same team for continuity of care. We felt that Mid-Valley's workers were generous with their time and sincere and honest in their communication. The shop is over an hour away from my house, but I will return here over other shops if I need work done.
