Pam has been super helpful as a leasing manager. She’s available, kind, and really cares about her tenants. Definitely one of the main reasons I chose to move into McKinney Lane 😁

4 Star Review By Jeremy Gutierrez

I have lived at Mckinney Ln for abut two years. Since I moved from SoCal I was in need of an apartment rather quickly. Luckily this complex had availability. Throughout that process, I was helped by Pam who sent me videos of the apartment and answered all my questions, including first time-renter-like questions. Pam throughout my time here has been very prompt with communication and kind on every interaction. She was an absolute pleasure to rent from. I had an issue with fleas when I first moved in due to the previous tenants owning a cat, although very stressful and painful, was resolved in a timely manner through the help of Pam and an external exterminator. Pros: well-maintained units, well-lit area around complex, plenty of parking on-site, lots of closet space with shelving included, fast acting hot water in showers, prompt maintenance fixes, walking distance to Cheadle Lake (great for walks/runs, fishing, kayaking), and walking distance from Tallman serving variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with rotating food trucks. Cons: price of rent is expensive for the area for a one-bedroom, outdated appliances, no commons area (gym, pool, etc. although new Mckinney expansion is supposed to include this in Oct. 2023?), no included utilities, so the price of rent goes up with water/sewage, trash, electricity, internet, etc. Overall: I would recommend this complex to future renters. My neighbors were quiet and overall area was safe to me. Price would be the biggest con, but I had a pleasant experience when all is said and done. You will be treated well at this complex and feel at home when living here.
