Don’s Awnings just completed our patio cover and we are very happy with the product and service. Don’s has a reputation for honest and fair work in the area. Our new home has a south facing back yard and the lattice patio cover will save us a considerably on our PG&E bill. My wife and I would absolutely use their company again, and would recommend his company to anyone. Very Satisfied Customers!

Oct 14, 2015 Great Service! Great Awning
We checked out 3 companies before selecting Don's Awnings. We felt comfortable with the history they have had and the guarantee of their work. Don was great to work with, flexible with our timing, sincere, and helpful with questions we had. The awning changed the look of our home and we love it!

Oct 6, 2015 Don's Awnings and all staff are devoted to customer service and have a great product
We recommend Don's because we have had his products installed in two homes. The first was a patio cover, drop shades and window awning. On time, checked on product performance when needed and installed as contracted. This was in 2005l. In August 2015, we had moved and recontacted Don, who suggested retractable window awnings, two with drop shades, for our four east facing windows. Again, installed on time by polite and knowledgeable staff. Don showed up the day after installation to check on the product. We have absolute faith in his ability to deliver a good product.

Oct 1, 2015 "Absolutely Fantastic Service!", "I will definitely recommend you"
This was an absolute turn key experience. We contacted Don from a personal recommendation, and he made an appointment to visit our house and discuss our plan to install a lattice cover over our front entry. We live in a community with codes and covenants, but Don took care of securing approval and all necessary paperwork to complete our project. He provided us with several choices for finish and color and brought samples to ensure we were satisfied with the material that would be used. On installation day, the construction crew (Serge) showed up on time and completed the project in the specified time. The crew was very courteous and left no scraps or residue from the sawing and install. The results exceeded our expectations and Don contacted us within an hour after the crew left to make sure we were completely satisfied with the install. This is a great company with excellent customer service and high quality results.

Sep 14, 2015 Great product, but even Better service
I highly recommend Don's Awnings. Don is straight forward, no hidden costs, and is very knowledgable in the products he sells and installs. We ordered a custom drop shade for our patio, to be added to our custom control system. Shade arrived as promised, and installed in about an hour. Worked perfectly out of the 'box'. We will be ordering more from Don's Awnings in the future.

Apr 23, 2015 Very Pleased with our new lattice cover. It is better than we expected. Great work!
Everything about this job was very professional. From the estimate, to the work schedule, which was carried out in a timely manner, to materials used, and to the workers and their willingness to please. Sergei and his partner were on time and did all the work with great skill. Sergei was always open to answering any questions with his pleasant attitude. The finished product completely changed our backyard -- like adding another room -- and the yard looks bigger. We were looking for more shade and got so many more wonderful features by installing the lattice covering. If anyone asks, we will certainly refer them to you for your great professional work.

Apr 22, 2015 Patio covering
when we bought our house we knew that we wanted to have a patio covering put in. We based our decision on interviewing contractors and reading the reviews. We went with Don's Awnings after he came to our house and gave us a quote to have the job done. The quote was within our budget. We're glad that we chose this company. The patio covering looks great. It took two days to complete the project. I know this added value to our house and makes the patio look great.

Apr 13, 2015 Love Our New Awning
We just came in from our patio with sun blazing at 5:00 p.m We could see it through beautiful sun screen but did not bother us at all. For the first time in 6 years we can sit on our patio and completely enjoy! We love the awning, the way it looks as well as the protection it gives our patio. We would recommend Don and his company to everyone we know. Don came out soon after making an appointment with ALL information we needed to order the awning. Don's employees hung the awning. I tried to get them to work on the side for us, they were that good and professional. They declined as they told us they were very busy working with Don. When they completed the installation Don came back to inspect and answer any questions we might have. Very professional and excellent job. We are very pleased and thank our friends who recommended Don to us.
Apr 8, 2015 So happy to have a great awning
Don came out and gave us a quote. We got a call about a month later when awning was ready to install. Chris and Sergi came out and installed. Don came and checked their work. All were very professional and friendly and explained the process as it went along. We have a dog and they were careful not to let dog out of the yard. I do recommend their service. We will enjoy the privacy the awning provides.

Mar 20, 2015 Very Pleased with the Service We Received; Would Definitely Recommend
Don was very helpful in explaining how the awnings work; he also suggested we get retractable drop shades for both awnings, since we have a lot of morning sun coming directly onto our patio. The awnings came in sooner than expected and Don called us right away to schedule the installation. Serg did the installation; he was very polite, neat, careful. He also needed to paint the wooden support blocks and did a great job, no spills, cleaned up everything afterwards. We appreciate how exacting Don was about reviewing the awnings, making sure everything worked properly before leaving. He and Serg didn't leave until they were satisfied the awnings worked exactly as they are supposed to. We will be happy to recommend (in fact, already have) Don's Awnings to our friends and neighbors in the community!

Mar 10, 2015 .Very professional.
Compared to another company we contacted, Don did a much better job of analyzing our needs and making good recommendations. The awning was delivered and installed sooner than we expected. The work was done by both Sergei and Don. They were quick, clean, and efficient. We're very pleased with the finished job. The awning looks good and works well.

Sep 15, 2014 This is the 3rd time I have had a patio cover built and never have I been so impressed!
When I started looking for a company to build my patio cover, I called and asked several to come give me bids. Don called me back the same day, scheduled a meeting for a couple of days later, arrived promptly and provided a bid on the spot. His bid included options (ceiling fans, drop shades, metal quality).

He thoroughly explained the options and their warranty. We chose the higher quality product that he sells since we plan on staying in our property a long time. The extra cost is well worth the added value and warranty. Our cover is beautiful and includes a large fully covered portion along with a lattice edge and 2 ceiling fans.

Chris and Sergei were always on time, very nice and professional, cleaned up at the end of each night and completed the job very quickly (2.5 days). Don called to make sure everything was going well the first day and followed up after the job was completed by coming out in person to collect the final payment after making sure I didn't have any questions and was happy. He even followed up with a Thank You card a few days later which is so rare these days.

We love our patio cover and expect many years of worry free enjoyment. We highly recommend Don's Awnings.
