Someone seriously needs to give Carlos a manager position or at least a raise. We had HUGE order for a handicap ramp we are going to build and he was extremely helpful. We were anticipating the process to be a bit complicated since we were paying via a company check in addition to having quite the long list of items, but that was probably one of the smoothest, hassle-free ways it could have gone. On top of that, Carlos was not only was he making sure we got exactly everything we needed, but he also was helping staff with other areas of the store as well. Carlos was very genuine, confident, and overall super friendly. Needless to say, when we asked if he was a manager and he said he wasn’t, we were shocked. This is the type of person that improves the service of a store and also the company itself.
