I thought she was great. I wouldn't say she was biased but definitely gave her opinion. with my situation, if we had a neutral mediator we would have made absolutely zero progress. Her leaning to one side or the other is what it takes to keep moving in a forward direction. I appreciate her MO and disagree with all low ratings.
