I had such a great experience here! Victor was especially helpful,he got my pickup in quickly and had it finished the very next day. They even went above and beyond by giving me a ride home, and delivering my pickup to me when it was ready. On top of that, they surprised me with a car wash! Truly awesome service all around. Highly recommend!
We have been taking our vehicles here for about 4 years now. Dropping off our vehicle is always hassle free, and they are usually done with our vehicle within 3-4 days from time of drop off, if it's going to take a few more days, the shop is really good about keeping you informed about what's going on. It's one of the few shops around that will actually listen to your concerns and not dismiss you. Every interaction we have with Lava has been a pleasant one, and my wife and I will be bringing our vehicles here as long as we are in the area. I also find their prices very competitive.
