A HUGE thank you for coming out and fixing our furnace, and on such short notice. Ryan and Brian were great! I've known Ryan and his lovely wife, Britney, for many years. I have referred them to countless people, and all have been hundred percent satisfied. Even when my Mom had to buy a whole new furnace. Ryan was very honest and genuinely wants to help the customer. He never compromises his integrity to get the job, you can bank on that. <br />

Larkin employes very competent people. They came to my home on time, worked hard to replace a 25 year old furnace. They worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the installation. They showed me how the thermostat functioned and took great pride in their work. The price was much less than my wife and I had expected. They explained that they were more concerned with happy repeat customers than making a great profit. Completely satisfied. I'm already seeing the results of an updated furnace. If I need any assistance with heating or air conditioning for my home, I will call Larkin.

I called Larkin about fixing my gas fireplace. They came the next day, spent 15 minutes on it and it's now working like a charm. The tech. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to use these guys again for any of my heating and air problems again.<br /><br /> Thank you!

Nov 25, 2015 Replace thermostat.
Thank you for replacing a thermostat that we absolutely hated with one we could actually use without worrying about how to properly program our old thermostat. You really know your stuff! We loved the way we were treated and plan on using you again. It was so refreshing to deal with some one who actually paid attention to what we really wanted. Our old thermostat was put in by a company that didn't care what we wanted. The old company said they knew what was best.

In the last year we have replaced and repaired our heater and our water heater. All of the technicians that we have worked with have been knowable and personable. <br /> <br /> They have been on time for our appointments, or have called to tell us they were delayed. <br /> <br /> Our latest experience was with our old outdated furnace. It was burning and putting out dangerous fumes. The tech arranged for our furnace to be replaced the next day, but the installer called, said he could do a same day install, and worked very hard to get us safe and warm<br /> <br /> I have recommended Larkin HVAC to several people, who have all had great experiences. I will continue to recommend them.<br /> <br />

From the time of entering the home to leaving I was completely satisfied with the service. I really appreciated the booties over the shoes so nothing was tracked through the house. As I watched a few times cleaning and inspecting the furnance I was impressed how thorough the Tech was. Also had my gas fireplace inspected and can rest assured it's clean with no leaks. <br /> I'm very pleased with Larkin Heating & Cooling. Brian came to service our furnace and air conditioning unit and was right on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to review what we needed to do to maintain our unit and answered any questions I had. We would recommend Larkin to anyone and plan on using them again!

This is the second time I've used Larkin. Both Jesse and the other technician were friendly, honest, and knew their stuff. I learned a lot about how to better maintain our air conditioner. While some may try to charge you for everything, they did not. They didn't ever pressure me into anything and try to make things affordable. I appreciate not being ripped off. Honesty and not overcharging or requiring unnecessary services goes a long way. That makes me a loyal customer!

Got our new system in June and love it. The efficiency is much better and our older home much cooler than before. Anthony and Ryan stayed with it until it was complete and working. Very Happy! But that is only half of the story...<br /> <br /> Came home on a Saturday in August to find our house nearly 90 degrees. The fan motor had failed after 2 months (Electronics, it happens, that's what a manufacturers' warranty is for...) Ryan went above and beyond to respond to my call, come out Saturday evening to diagnose, and then get the warranty parts and return Saturday night and finish the repair. That is commitment to his craft and customers, and to warrant the systems they install. Life Saver!!! <br /> <br /> If you need HVAC done, and you don't talk to these guys, YOU ARE NUTS!<br /> <br />

I came home from a vacation to 100 plus temperatures and no a/c. I looked for a new a/c company because I have literally paid thousands of dollars for repairs over the years. I found Larkin on the Internet and saw they had excellent reviews so I made an appointment. Ryan came to my house. He assessed the problem and had the air on within half an hour or so and charged the lowest amount I have ever paid.<br /> He told me about the company's Common Sense Agreement for only $25 per month. (Ask about it!,) I jumped for the chance to sign up. What peace of mind I now have. Thanks, Ryan and Larkin HVAC!

i just want to say thank you again for coming to our house and installing a new furnace and A/C unit. You guys were were very professional. Fast service we enjoyed the new furnace in the winter and now that it's been so hot we truly love the high efficiency a/c . You guys showed up on time and were done in about 4 hours. Explaining everything that you did and how it works. Plus it has cut our electricity bill almost in half compared to last year. Thank you Larkin A/c you guys are amazing!

I have an apartment complex where we just replaced the roof of one of our buildings. We hired Larkin to disconnect and reconnect all 12 rooftop mounted air conditioners, knowing that some of them may be bad. The month of rain we got this spring really delayed the completion of the roof until well into the summer heat. Because of the heat we couldn't work on the roof during the day because we would ruin the shingles. For two nights Ryan and Jesse got our air conditioners running, working once until 2:30 am and once until 4:30 am. After all that, we had one unit that seemed to be bad. I authorized them to replace this bad unit, willing to pay the price of replacement, but then Ryan told me that he'd figured out how to fix it and that the repair was covered under the tuneup on the unit that I'd already paid for. He could have just gone ahead and replaced the unit, pocketing a couple more thousand dollars on the job, and I never would have been the wiser. Instead he figured out how to repair that air conditioner. <br /> <br /> I have never before encountered an HVAC company with the degree of honesty, workmanship, and good customer service that I have received from Larkin. I can, without reservation recommend them to anybody.

Jesse gave me an honest and reasonable estimate on a new system for my home. His team came out and did the install. Highly professional, cleaned up after themselves, insured I had no questions before I left. Jesse was even available by text message when I had a question after the fact and there is no doubt that they will be prompt and courteous on all future maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommend Larkin for all your HVAC needs.

Ryan came out and looked at my furnace right away and gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate. He came back out and installed it and charged exactly what he quoted me, and it worked great.
