Finally an Hvac Company That I Can Recommend!

I have an apartment complex where we just replaced the roof of one of our buildings. We hired Larkin to disconnect and reconnect all 12 rooftop mounted air conditioners, knowing that some of them may be bad. The month of rain we got this spring really delayed the completion of the roof until well into the summer heat. Because of the heat we couldn't work on the roof during the day because we would ruin the shingles. For two nights Ryan and Jesse got our air conditioners running, working once until 2:30 am and once until 4:30 am. After all that, we had one unit that seemed to be bad. I authorized them to replace this bad unit, willing to pay the price of replacement, but then Ryan told me that he'd figured out how to fix it and that the repair was covered under the tuneup on the unit that I'd already paid for. He could have just gone ahead and replaced the unit, pocketing a couple more thousand dollars on the job, and I never would have been the wiser. Instead he figured out how to repair that air conditioner.
I have never before encountered an HVAC company with the degree of honesty, workmanship, and good customer service that I have received from Larkin. I can, without reservation recommend them to anybody.
