Chris is amazing! Our company has used Lane & Hicks for many years, everyone is so kind and friendly. They are very efficient and prompt when needed. My computer went down and Chris had a new computer up and going the same day!
This company is so good I hesitate to review it because I want them to always be available when I need them. :-) When we have a computer problem, they fix it. The problem can stump any number of various other IT people. We used to call other companies, they'd fumble around all day and not be able to fix anything. Then we'd call Lane and Hicks and they'd swoop in and take care of everything in about an hour. They're easy to reach, fast to come fix things, and I've never yet had a problem they couldn't fix. Love them.
