Purchased a new build direct from Landmark in Nashville WeHo neighborhood June 2022. The house and surrounding development are very well designed and built. I have purchased several new builder direct homes in my life and my experience with Landmark - from start to finish - ranks among the best of them. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
My wife and I purchased our home from Landmark in August 2024. It was an easy, simple and enjoyable experience. When we went to look at a particular home the agent allowed to view more than one that would work for our unique situation! When we decided on a home the agent even told us it was a show house for a while and assured us everything would be fixed. We came back a few weeks later and did a blue tape walk through with Mike and he told us to mark everything we noticed, he said nothing was to small or to big. When we came back the house was beautiful and Mike walked us through every inch of our new house and appliances! He even came back to fix a couple small things we had missed during the blue tape walk through. I would recommend working with Landmark and especially Mike. I have his number saved bc I know I can still call and get help or advice.
