From the initial call I made and spoke with John, I could tell Kentucky Pest Control was all about helping customers! John was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We set up an appointment for a field technician to come out. I made sure I advised them to please call prior to their arrival because my dogs are extremely territorial. The day of service Zeke called a hour prior (we said between 2-5). Zeke called at 1pm and stated he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if it would be okay to come before 2pm. I stated I could be there at 1:30 to get my dogs put up for him They had noted account so well from the initial call. I was extremely impressed. Zeke was also extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me and explained to me everything he would be doing. Advised me again how their products are pet friendly & eco friendly. Zeke went over everything in detail. I have been highly impressed with this company and would highly recommend them!!! Thank you KPC
