Kelsey was amazing to work with through both the sale of our Condo during a less than favorable time to sell as well as helping make the purchase of our dream home a breeze. She was creative and smart in her marketing tactics and really did her research on our space and our neighborhood to help find the right buyer. She is able to listen to her clients needs and gave us the space to allow us to find the right home and help us avoid places we might not like through research she had and what she gathered from our needs and wants. We never felt like she just simply sent us auto feeds of whatever came on the market it was all very specific and we felt heard. As a fellow business owner I recognize Kelsey’s attention to detail and how she continuously puts her clients first. Even though she couldn’t show us our dream home in person she made sure it happened in time to place an offer, and also took time out of her personal time to seal the deal (I still feel awful about this but as business owners we are all guilty of it!). I have been beyond happy to recommend Kelsey to several friends and know that they are in the best hands possible when it comes to their properties and finding their next dream homes. I couldn’t imagine a better real estate experience than that of our time with Kelsey and we are so grateful for her expertise and personal approach!
