Have a Samsung S6 that was giving me fits and would randomly shut down. Took the phone to a local shop to me and had a new battery put in, new battery lasted a day and the phone died all together. Was told the main power supply for the board was shot and the phone is totaled. I had all my photos of my daughter's first year on it from birth to just before her 1st birthday and I thought they were gone forever. Phone has no SD card and all was locked in the internal storage of a phone that wouldn't even power up anymore. I called Josef and told him what was happening and he offered to take a look at it even though he didn't replace the battery the first time! I mailed him the phone and after he was able to take a look at it not only was he able to save all of my pictures onto a flash drive for me but was also able to repair the phone correctly the first time (other shop replaced the battery with a cheap knockoff that failed almost immediately). I should have sent my phone to him the first time but have learned my lesson. I will always recommend him for cell phone repairs to friends and family. If I could give more stars I would. His services were quick (only took a few days from start to finish and mailed back to me!) and professional. He went above and beyond what I expected and pricing was extremely reasonable, thanks again Josef!!
