Awesome Service
We have been using Jackson for over the last 20 years, a year ago Jackson replaced my front panel on my truck, while washing it I found that some of the paint was starting to bubble and peel around my driving lights. I took it in on a Friday and Larry looked at it and told me that they would replace it . He then asked it I could have it back on the following Monday ( Wow what service ) He said that they would have it for about 2 days.
When I returned to pick up my truck Larry took the time to explain what his team did and what they had found, They found that the primer was not holding on the front panel so he called the company that had funished the part a year ago and they took full responsibility .
I feel Larry and his team go that extra mile for their customers and I will continue to use Jacksons and will continue to recommend them for their excellent work that they do , and their excellent customer service .
