These people will not answer the phone. If you want to see a property there is no way to look at it. Lindsay called me today after I left a message. My call had some unique challenges and needed some questions answered before any commitment. Lindsay helped a lot and was very patient. She also explained how to use the self-guided tour and the application process by answering questions not on the website. HomeRiver Group is definitely the best so far. Thank you Lindsay!

I'm a new tenant with HomeRiver Group-Oklahoma. My past experience has been direct contact with the homeowner so I was a little leery of this process. I'm a strong believer in effective communication and I must say that my first impression is how well my Property Mgr. (Christina Cassady) & Resident Coordinator (Lori Grinstead) thoroughly communicate. Anytime, I've called or sent an email, they both have been readily available to assist, the energy is positive and the conversation is pleasant. I trust that I'm in good hands and if ever a problem they are capable of handling and resolving it. Thank you both for the experience thus far.
