This company is friendly and professional from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful answering all my questions. They did a site visit and helped me figure out the best placement of my wood burning stove. A few days later they installed the stove and the crew was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and communicated well. I would leave 6 stars if I could.
The entire team was so helpful and kind! The service people we punctual and very knowledgeable and the sales staff were the same! Our estimates came through quickly and a lot of thought went into what would work for our family and home. All around we are very happy with our fireplace and the staff here! They worked really hard for us and we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Here is a before and after. We had the insert removed and added gas logs. A simple and basic change but they made us feel like we were getting the royal treatment even if it was a small job! Thanks so much you guys!
