Collin and his crew did an amazing job replacing the shingles on our house. Our home is a modular - the roof is raise when the house is set. We didn't know that the roof had not been set up correctly until a patch of shingles blew off and exposed a gap in the roof - also allowing rainwater into the house to damage the kitchen. Collin's guys added extra wood to close the gap and replaced all of the shingles. They took extra care to make sure that none of our outdoor furniture or decorations were damaged. Cleanup was better than my expectations. Collin's quote was competitive but fair. He also included a 10% discount for my husband's military service. Collin answered every question we had, was responsive to call and texts, and made sure that we got our first choice in shingle color. He was onsite nearly all day. We are new to the area and asked for roofer recommendations on a local Facebook page. Nearly everyone who responded recommended Hollis Exteriors. I can see why. I highly recommend them as well.
