I was initially skeptical of the idea of a flat fee realtor, but Mike made me a believer and saved us a ton of money. As first time sellers, I was unsure of the process. Mike walked us through every part of the selling process. He was thorough and delivered in a big way on the marketing of our home, leading to multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted, Mike coordinated with local companies to repair a few issues prior to close. He was always available when we required assistance and is extremely knowledgeable not just in the Yuma market, but with real estate as a whole. I cannot recommend his services enough.
