Hearing Associates

I give Hearing Associates an A+++ in customer service! From the minute that I walked in and was greated by name, it was abundantly clear that they appreciate their clients. In the beautiful lobby area, there is a tv monitor that focuses on providing a comforting vibe. There is a list on the counter that provides comfort items to make your stay the best that it can be. Then, when you enter the room where you will meet with the Audiologist, you are handed a Thank you gift. The process of using the cognitive test equipment and the sound booth was quick and easy. If you are nervous about getting your hearing checked or know someone that is-Tell them that this is the place to go. They care, and they provide excellent customer service.

Took my Mom to the Aurora office of Hearing Associates for her first ever hearing test in her life time, it was such welcoming and warm experience. The staff and the audiologist were so friendly, caring and professional. My Mom doesn’t speak much of English, but the audiologist had great patience to listening. We were clearly explained about My Mom’s hearing conditions and also offered the referral for further check up and available options. All in all, we were glad that we chose Hearing Associates at Aurora to take care of my Mom’s hearing issues.

From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted by the front staff I could already tell this was going to be a wonderful place to trust with my care. I have not dealt with my hearing issues in about 20 years and was unsure of what to expect. I was glad to have the opportunity to meet and work with Dr. Glick. She took the time to understand my issue and the impact it has on my life. We started the path for a better future and I look forward to a world of better hearing!
