I give Hearing Associates an A+++ in customer service! From the minute that I walked in and was greated by name, it was abundantly clear that they appreciate their clients. In the beautiful lobby area, there is a tv monitor that focuses on providing a comforting vibe. There is a list on the counter that provides comfort items to make your stay the best that it can be. Then, when you enter the room where you will meet with the Audiologist, you are handed a Thank you gift. The process of using the cognitive test equipment and the sound booth was quick and easy. If you are nervous about getting your hearing checked or know someone that is-Tell them that this is the place to go. They care, and they provide excellent customer service.
