Justin and his team did a fantastic job selling our home. We were a little concerned because of the sheer number of houses in the Lake Oswego area that Harnish Properties was selling that we might not get the service level that was necessary to sell our home. However from the first day Justin came to our home we could tell we were in good hands. He recommended a price we thought was more than fair and sold our home very quickly. The team was warm and very friendly and calmly walked us through the process. Everything was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to have the team sell our home again.

We absolutely loved working with Justin and really valued his expertise! He told us when he thought homes were overpriced (they ended up sitting and going down in price) and what potential roadblocks we'd encounter when we'd go to re-sell it. He never once pushed us to make an offer on a home (after months of looking) and, when the time came, he helped us get a really good deal. In fact, another realtor in the neighborhood told us we "stole that place."
