I left some jewelry in my hotel room and did not notice until I was already at the airport. I have hotel a call and Evelyn answered and was super helpful! She said the hotel was able to hold my jewelry until my next visit or if I sent them a UPS shipping label they would box it up and ship it to my house. I want to thank Evelyn for shipping my jewelry back to me. Amazing customer service.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was definitely the best hotel I've stayed at. Rooms were clean,the morning front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and even the coffee were awesome. I only have two complaints. The pool could use a little attention. My kids swam almost every day and said the bottom was dirty. The water looked a little green. Also one of the front desk clerks wasn't very friendly. She wasn't necessarily rude,but definitely not friendly. Kind of made me feel each time like I was an annoyance. She seemed aggravated every time I saw her. Was always short with her responses. I just think if you have a customer service job you should take a little more pride in how you come across to your customers. But overall good stay and would stay again for sure
