Guitar Center

If you are in a band, you owe it to yourself to see this place. Not only do they have most anything you might need or want, they buy and sell used pieces. They give a fair price for what you're selling, and they charge a fair price for the stuff you buy. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely going to be a regular stop for me when I'm shopping, especially doing Christmas shopping.

I would specifically like to call out Spencer and Noah from Guitar Center in Lexington. I purchased a guitar a couple months ago from a different Guitar Center. I found out there was an issue with it while traveling through Lexington. I stopped in and both Spencer and Noah went above and beyond to help me with my guitar issue. Their customer service was out of this world. So thankful for them and their willingness to help. People like them create loyal customers.

Although I had some anxiety at first, I appreciated the great customer service in having a worker guide me through choosing my first bass. I felt like I made a fool out of myself in some ways, but they still seemed pleasant about the whole experience. When I picked out a strap that had a nice black and purple checkerboard pattern on it, another worker approached me, saying he liked the aesthetic I was going for but recommended a different one, a flat purple one made of leather, compared to the more itchy material of the one I'd taken. When I found the two were of the same price, I took the worker's advice. Excellent customer service. Edit: Oh heck yes, I'm the 666th review 🤘
