We first worked with Gina when my Dad bought a home in Senior Estates in Woodburn. She was recommended very highly to us, and we found the recommendation to be spot on. Gina is kind, thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. She is also incredibly savvy to the market and helped us find the perfect home for our Dad. When it came time to sell his home, she was at the top of our list for who to call. I have worked with a few different agents in the past, all of whom I've enjoyed working with, and hands down, she is the best agent I have ever worked with! For example, early on after we listed the house, Gina walked through and realized that someone who had walked through the previous day had left the freezer door open and ice had melted onto the floor. She got it all cleaned up so that the floors were dry, didn't get damaged and were ready for the viewings later that day. She called me after it all happened to let me know what happened and that she took care of it- WOW. So impressed with her attention to detail and her commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty. In our future real estate transactions, Gina will be at the top of our list for who to call!
