Overall very good experience, would recommend. Good selection of furniture at reasonable prices, sales associates were helpful but not pushy. Was quoted a four week estimate on delivery, but heard nothing until I called to follow up at 5.5 weeks and was told that it had in fact arrived to the warehouse. Maybe it had truly come in that day and was a coincidence that I called first, but I would have appreciated better communication. Delivery to my house was right on time, and the delivery gentlemen were courteous and efficient. The sofa came a bit wet because it was raining quite hard when they were bringing it inside and it wasn’t wrapped in anything, but it dried without issue.
