Without exception, all the people we've had contact with at First Call--the wonderful office staff, Scott in service, Stephen in consulting and Spencer and Armando in installation--have been friendly, responsive, informative and efficient. In particular we appreciated both Stephen, our consultant for the replacement of our heat pump system, who was thorough and very informative, and Spenser who during the actual installation of the new system gave us clear explanations and encouraged even more questions. He also dealt efficiently with a couple of unexpected issues. He and Armando were meticulous in both the installation and the final cleanup. The whole process was so well organized and supportive it gave us confidence that First Call was indeed the right choice for our new heating/cooling system.
