Staff Sucks
Well your staff could have told me they were waiting for an open room. Also your staff is rude especially dr Morris assistant who people in rooms. Does not like handicapped people just a plain bitch. Your receptionist was in a hurry to shove me out the door. The door closed on me and the wheelchair as a kid was coming in. Your whole staff needs at a minimum a lesson in manners since I am paying out of pocket for your service. I don’t need to be treated like an OHP person when my insurance covers any frame you have in your office oh yeah they never called to tell me they were in I had to just pop in. Sarcasm great staff.

Great Care
I was greeted by the receptionist with courtesy…and place in an examination room for a few minutes…my eyes were dialated…the optometrist was through with his exam..~ Anonymous

Efficient Office
