My card was replaced quickly and a very friendly staff. My only issue was the card had issues from the beginning. When I spoke with them about it being rejected but working at an ATM sometimes I never really got an answer except it could be a chip issue and just come back. I have very little time for that so am still dealing with it well over a week later. Probably not their fault but I have had many card issues with them.
