I've been seeing Dr Nigam for 8 years now. I have never had any kind of negative interactions with him. I find him to be quite pleasant to talk to. I did have an " issue " on one occasion with a member of the staff. I never said anything. That was a couple years ago. She no longer works there, so evidently others took note and probably DID say something. The staff that is there now are wonderful ladies to talk to and are very helpful.
