Each workout is focused on proper form and tailored to be effective for all fitness levels. Doerz Fitness Studio is the best gym you could possibly go to! The people are friendly and welcoming, as are the trainers! If you are just starting out, there are modifications down ... or if you're intense, there are mods up! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, someone will be there to motivate you.
