We hired DC Inspections to provide an inspection of a potential multi unit property that we were interested in. I can not say enough about how professional, informative, and knowledgable Mike is! Very reasonable and fair prices. Very detailed and thorough. We felt extremely confident with Mike's findings at this property. Great company. I would highly recommend.

I used Mike Dion at DC Inspections, LLC for a very important piece of property. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work. His 35+ years of experience was invaluable, he was able to point out several issues that another inspector completely missed. His report was extremely comprehensive and delivered extremely quick. I would highly recommend Mike Dion for buyers, sellers, or real estate agents.
Had Mike and Donna do a home inspection on our newly acquired home in Biddeford Pool. Both Mike and Donna were super professional and thorough. They spent 2 1/2 hours going through every detail; every window, cabinet door, etc. we would highly recommend!
