I cannot say enough great things about Crossfit Mt Juliet! The new owners are awesome!! They genuinely care about you and are able to work with you at whatever fitness level. The coaches are hands on and knowledgeable. My kids love going to the gym and getting to play with the other kiddos in their kids room! CFMJ community is the best and I’m beyond thankful to be apart of it!

I love CrossFit Mount Juliet! Everyone is so encouraging and the community makes you feel so welcomed. The workouts are always fun yet challenging. I love how everything is scalable to fit the most beginner skill level all the way up to advanced. The coaches are great and always push you to reach your full potential! -Annie Cadwell
