Youth Gain Identity

I've watched as Foster parents navigate systems and persevere. Further , witnessed youth being adopted, reuniting with bio-families. I've seen youth far behind in school catch up, others work and earn their money the old fashioned way (honest hard-Work). I've witnessed out partners in Oregon Yoith Authority care for and believe the best, and DHS strive to do better. Connections375.org is offering youth a second, third and sometimes fourth chance to become a productive taxpaying, caring,, engaged citizen.
