I ordered the essential sympathy care package with the shawl for a co-worker who unexpectedly lost a family member. It was absolutely perfect and the recipient cherishes all the items that came in the package. During Zoom meetings I often see her wearing the shawl. Thank you Sarah for putting together such a perfect blend of items for times of loss and grief. ❤️

I purchased the Sympathy essentials box with the prayer shawl, a book on grief, and a couple small items with a wooden keepsake box for a dear friend of mine after she lost her mother unexpectedly. She was so happy with the gift that she sent me a video message (we live 4.5 hours apart) saying that it was the closest way to say thank you in person because there were no words! That made my heart happy and relieved that I was able to find something "different" for someone who I knew needed it. I plan to utilize these items in the future!

This shop is nothing short of amazing! Sarah is phenomenal to work with and is so incredibly helpful at customizing my ever-demanding needs! :o) She takes great pride in her items and it shows in the quality of the products she produces. The turn around time from order placement to it showing up on my doorstep is always insanely fast! Comforting keepsakes is my go-to place for a vast variety of items from expressing condolences to celebrating special occasions. I love supporting a shop that gives back and a family who is so deserving. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Highly highly highly recommend!
