I ordered the essential sympathy care package with the shawl for a co-worker who unexpectedly lost a family member. I purchased the Sympathy essentials box with the prayer shawl, a book on grief, and a couple small items with a wooden keepsake box for a dear friend of mine after she lost her mother unexpectedly. She was so happy with the gift that she sent me a video message (we live 4.5 hours apart) saying that it was the closest way to say thank you in person because there were no words!
