Extremely efficient and professional company! Never had any issues getting maintenance in a timely manner and always extremely understanding! Will absolutely use them in future if i’m looking to rent or purchase again!

I rented from Cold Harbor for two years, and had a great experience. They were kind and professional, always responded promptly to any concerns, and sent maintenance quickly when needed. They returned our deposit the same day I moved out--no shenanigans here! I felt well taken care of, and would recommend them 100%.
