We replaced our kitchen and main floor with LVP and all of our bedroom carpeting as well as new kitchen counters and backsplash. Samantha was wonderful to work with from the start. She really listened to what I was going for and made suggestions on colors and styles to pull all of my projects together. All of the installers were courteous and everyone answered our questions along the way. We are very pleased with the final outcome and will use them on projects in the future.

Cherry City went above and beyond to help us with our decision to install floors. Kent was very helpful and knowledgeable! And the installers were so friendly and speedy! I stopped by Cherry City to see what was available to replace my dirty old carpet. There were so many choices. Angie helped explain them to me and spent time picking out some samples to check out at home. A few weeks later I tried again and decided to make the change. Angie again helped me with samples. Later she came to my house and backed up my decision. While she was there she did the measurements. Very non intrusive. An estimate was made and a time was set. The installers were on time. They were very efficient, hard working and pleasant to have in my home. they kept the work place clean and finished on time. All in all a good experience. I like my new flooring. By the way it is Coretec luxury vinyl , in Dakota walnut.

Process was okay. Kent was helpful and friendly. The installer was outstanding, worked overtime to get it done in one day and excellent job. However, I have about 11 yards of waste carpet, left over not used. At $87 a yard for material, installation, pad, and disposal that amounts to over $900 paid for waste or about 18% of the total paid. This is not the first time I have had this carpet replaced and never have I experienced this much waste. I did talk to Kent about it, no really good explanation.

A flood event at my home required new flooring throughout. Of the 5 flooring providers I explored, Cherry City's team - led by Kent Smith in my case - excelled in every area of service. His product knowledge and eye for design, opened ideas for my consideration. He was ready for our first appointment with product already pulled to suggest. His communication and follow-up far exceeded any of the other providers under consideration. That communication did not end once the bid was secured. From updates on product delivery, to scheduling installation, Kent's approach to service remained constant. The installers were equally personable and timely. Clint Sellers, the vinyl plank and tile installer, had obvious expertise in his craftsmanship. There will never be a need for me to shop providers again. I am a Cherry City customer for life.

Kent Smith is an excellent Sales Associate who came to our home and gave us a taste of his great experience as an ambassador for Cherry City as well as his impressive wisdom concerning our personal budget and needs. What a great guy to have in your corner as a coach when choosing just the right flooring for anyone’s home. As he listened to our wants and needs, answered all of our questions, we chose just the right LVT (luxury vinyl tile) and were then set us up with one great installation team. Bryan Sayer and his crew were a five star crew with a great integrity and a magnificent work ethic. Their attention to detail, personal competence and brilliant skills were every bit of being professional. Bryan Sayer and the crew of NW Hard Surface are the key to quality and efficiency in professionalism when it comes to new flooring. We have worked with Angee and her team on two home flooring projects; carpeting and laminate. Our biggest compliments go to the installers. They were professional, neat and tidy, as well as considerate of us having small children in the house. Both installs were scheduled and completed in a timely manner and we were able to get our home back in order with little disruption. The quality of the products continues to exceed our expectations and we are so pleased with the overall transformation! We will definitely consider using Cherry City Interiors & Designs for future home renovations!

This is the second time we have worked with Cherry City designs and must say we have been satisfied both times. I have worked directly with Justin and he has been helpful picking out product and always on top of any issues that may arise. We replaced the tile around our tub and countertop backsplash. It was completed in a week and done beautifully. Everyone I have come in contact with at Cherry City have been friendly and helpful. Thank you all for great service.

My husband and I met with Jeff to discuss the different types of hard flooring options we had and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to check out as many samples of flooring as we needed too and they were very patient with us while we made our decision. Cherry City's prices are competitive and we are happy with our final quote for product and installation. Once the product was ordered, the installation process was thorough, timely and executed perfectly. The gentlemen they brought in to do the install were very professional and did a fantastic job! We love our new floors! We will be coming back to Cherry City when we are ready to do our kitchen remodel.

We enjoyed working with Kent at Cherry City to select the products for Kitchen project of new counters and backsplash. We could not be happier with end results. Cherry City business partners who installed the granite, to the crew who tore out the old tile and prepped the kitchen for the new products, to the title installers are fabulous group of individuals! Cherry City did an exceptional job with our flooring project from start to finish. First of all, the selection of materials offered in the showroom provides a clear span of quality and pricing, which educated us and allowed us to choose a product to nicely complement our beautiful home. Samantha was available to show us different flooring options and to answer any questions we had. Second, Samantha visited our home to measure and advise us on specifics for the flooring projects (engineered hardwood and carpeting). This allowed us to receive a firm estimate for the project and to get materials ordered and installation scheduled. Finally, the installation process was outstanding. The installers communicated with us daily, were polite and easy to work with, and completed our projects in a timely manner with no issues. The quality of their work made the installation process stress free and enjoyable. It was a pleasure doing business with Cherry City and we look forward to working with them again.
